i need someone to give me some information regarding a situation i have with a 2year old nephew of mine that is in foster care and is set to be permanently placed there on 1/4/02. my family just found out about the existance of this child approximately 3 weeks ago and the courts said today that they intend to rule against us. PLEASE HELP OUR DESPERATE FAMILY!!! if anyone can refer us to an attorney (preferably native american) to help us, it would be greatly appreciated.
